The Redwood County Economic Development Authority (EDA) is excited to partner with Kandiyohi, Renville, Swift and Meeker counties, along with Ridgewater College to pool our resources and offer for the third time the West Central Minnesota Virtual Career Fair!
ARE YOU SOMEONE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT?
Are you looking for a seasonal, part-time or full-time employment? Attend the West Central Minnesota Virtual Career Fair from the comfort of your home! This is a FREE event to allow you the opportunity to check out the available employment opportunities across the region. Once you register upload your resume (not required, but helpful), add a profile picture, and even record a video answering general interview questions for employers to view! During the fair interact with businesses to learn about available job opportunities, pay, benefits, schedule and other important factors when considering a change or starting something new!
ARE YOU AN ORGANIZATION SEEKING EMPLOYEES?
Does your organization have job openings? Are you looking for applicants to provide seasonal work, part-time or full-time? Register for the West Central Minnesota Virtual Career Fair and skip over hauling your booth materials to an in-person fair! As a registered employer you will have access to view job seeker profiles on May 17th and send messages to applicants you are interested in connecting with during the live event on May 18th from 11am to 3pm. During the event job seekers will visit your virtual booth, send messages, share their resume and have conversations with you and your team. This is a great opportunity to engage in pre-hiring conversations to shorten the time to employment. Registration is $50 and your organization will be included in our promotional materials. Please note correspondence and invoice for this event will come from the Kandiyohi County and City of Willmar Economic Development Commission.
